I’m a Level 3 QCF qualified Pilates mat work teacher and have also trained with some of the leading pregnancy + post natal fitness experts. I trained with Polestar Pilates to complete my Reformer training and am dedicated to their holistic approach, assessing and teaching the whole person. Polestar Pilates have been identified as having the most scientifically sound curriculum in teaching Pilates and are world renowned for training top class teachers.
I believe anyone and everyone can benefit from Pilates and that it will improve both your physical and mental wellbeing from the first session. I hope that what I teach will help you to feel stronger, more in control and balanced within your own body.
My approach is a personalised programme, tailored to suit your specific needs with a focus on posture, building strength from the inside out.
I truly believe that Pilates has something to offer everyone, from pregnant or post natal ladies, to sports people, those with back problems, recovering from injury, or just anyone wanting to future-proof their body and feel strong and confident in their own body and mind. Pilates really makes me happy and it is my goal to spread the happiness!!
I believe in the importance of precision and correct alignment and posture in Pilates and that's why I work with my clients to create a personalised exercise programme tailored to meet the needs of their bodies and fit with their lifestyle.
Each new client will receive a detailed postural analysis, along with reviewing your own goals, this will form the basis of your exercise prescription. We will work carefully through exercises targeted to correct imbalances in your body, build strength where it is needed and stretch through troublesome tight areas.
I will give you easy to follow guides for exercises you can do at home (tailored to fit in with your lifestyle, however busy that is!) Your progress will constantly be monitored and the programme progressed to ensure you are achieving your goals. You will see and feel a difference!
I only work with small groups, or preferably one to one private sessions, as this enables you to really focus on alignment and technique. Meaning you get better results, faster!!

Peace Pilates Studio
My small but fully equipped matwork and Reformer studio is in Hampton, with free parking right outside, just a short walk from Hampton station (see map). On sunny days we can even take the mats outside onto the decking in my peaceful garden.
I have space to teach one or two clients at a time but am happy to teach larger groups if you have a suitable space.
I can also teach you in your own home and am willing to travel around the Hampton, Twickenham, Teddington area.
