Service Description

An eight class Post Natal Pilates course focused on recovery after birth, consisting of eight one hour sessions following your post natal check from your GP. Sessions do NOT have to be taken consecutively and can be booked in to suit your availability. This is a wonderful package for any new (or not so new) mum with a focus on strengthening pelvic floor, releasing tightness, correcting bad posture and strengthening you all over for mum-hood! Babies always welcome! **Please note: the package is only applicable on off peak classes (9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
