A one hour personalised Pilates class, tailored to your needs following your initial assessment and progressively programmed to boost improvement. Includes home exercise plan if you would like. In my private studio in Hampton or in your own home, please specify!

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me 24hrs in advance to avoid being charged. For cancellations less than 24hrs before booking, full class fee will be payable.
