Service Description

In an initial 75 minute consultation, I will perform a full postural analysis; we’ll discuss your current lifestyle, routines and desired goals to begin to outline a realistic, attainable exercise plan. Followed by a full one hour one to one Pilates intro class.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me 24hrs in advance to avoid being charged. For cancellations less than 24hrs before booking, full class fee will be payable.
