I believe everyone can benefit from Pilates and the primary focus of my classes is to strengthen your whole body. Working with the breath to lengthen and tone muscles, creating balance and symmetry.
Using precise and controlled movement, with an emphasis on correct alignment to improve posture and core stability.
For all new clients I carry out a personal assessment and postural analysis, enabling me to build a fully personalised programme, taking into account your goals and physical requirements.
Through this physical conditioning we will not only improve your strength, flexibility and coordination, but also improve mental focus and allow the stress to release, leaving you with an overall sense of wellbeing and hopefully a smile and a glow!
Pregnancy + Post Natal Pilates
Becoming a mum is a huge experience and changes you both physically and mentally. It is hard to find any time to do anything for yourself, let alone exercise!
BUT I can personally verify that you will feel so much better if you do manage to fit in a little self love once or twice a week and my flexible approach should make it easy for that to happen.
Through your initial assessment or post natal check, I will work out a safe and effective personalised programme to aid your recovery and ensure you are strong enough to function in your daily life as a busy mum.
I am happy to come and see you in your own home, or for you to bring your baby along to my studio in Hampton. I have a lots of toys to keep little ones occupied, they can hang out right next to your mat while you exercise and i'm happy to give cuddles, bottles or amusement as needed!!

I’m a Level 3 QCF qualified Pilates teacher and have also trained with some of the leading pregnancy + post natal fitness experts.
I believe anyone and everyone can benefit from Pilates and that it will improve both your physical and mental wellbeing from the first session. I hope that what I teach will help you to feel stronger, more in control and balanced within your own body.
As a mum to two young boys, I have first hand knowledge of what happens to your body during and after pregnancy and am passionate about the benefits of Pilates for any expectant mum to be or busy new mum. It's so hard to find time for yourself but oh so important, a strong and healthy mumma = a happy healthy family!!
I also teach Pilates in preparation for skiing and snowboarding, a perfect pre-holiday prep to get you fit, balanced and strong so you can hit the slopes hard!
My approach is a personalised programme, tailored to suit your specific needs with a focus on posture, building strength from the inside out.
