Service Description

Sign up for 8 x 1hr one to one Pilates classes and get a fab discount! Working out at £50 per class. Classes can be booked in to suit your availability and don't have to be taken in consecutive weeks. Includes full postural analysis, progressive programme and homework to take away. In my studio or your own home. **Please note: Only applies to off peak classes (Mon-Fri 9am-3pm)
