Extended first session including postural assessment and one to one Pilates class

Service Description

In an initial 75 minute consultation, I will perform a full postural analysis; we’ll discuss your current lifestyle, routines and desired goals to begin to outline a realistic, attainable exercise plan. Followed by a full one hour one to one Pilates intro class.
